“No Bake” is popular nowadays; it is a brilliant idea of having a cake even without using oven. All of the big fan of Blueberry Cheese Cake out here, you should try this other way of cooking of cake.
Coffee shop, bakeshop, bakeries and pastry shop mostly has Blueberry Cheese cake, so I am thinking to make my own recipe of making Blueberry Cheese cake. I know it is a bit hard to make but thanks to internet, they help me a lot.
However, I add some recipe because it won’t be unique if I just follow the list of recipe of some bloggers out there. This is just easy to do and I know you want a copy of my recipe; I won’t keep you all waiting.
Here are the ingredients.
1 cup Graham (crushed)
2tbsp. Butter (unsalted)
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Peanut (any peanut)
2 pack cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup White Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 cups Whipped Cream
1 can of Blueberry fillings (use as much as you want)
1 tsp. Unflavoured and Colourless Gelatine Powder
2 tbsp. water
60g. Fresh Blueberries
First, combine all the crust ingredients using wooden spatula and mix completely.
Press in a 9 inch. Pie pan and chill for about 20 minutes.
Second, in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar using electric mixer or do it manually.
Add vanilla extract.
Third, Dissolve the gelatine in warm water and add the cream cheese mixture.
Beat until cream cheese become fluffy.
Fourth, add in the cool whip cream and fold gently.
Spoon over the blueberry filling in the crust and spoon over also the mixture after blueberry fillings and let it chill in the fridge overnight.
Remember: You need to chill it overnight so that your fillings will not become lump. It should be a bit hard but fluffy and completely set as well.
Top with fresh Blueberries before serving.
