Ugandan cuisine is consisting of both traditional and modern style of cooking; with English and Arab influences they discover a lot of food that help them to create a delicious food. Most of the tribe in Uganda have their own style of cooking depending on the region, the dish and delicacies has different taste but delicious. A dish includes various vegetables, potatoes, bananas and other tropical fruits. They are also popular when it comes to both fresh and dried variety of fruits and vegetables.
